There are many different Richtree locations across the city. The ones I know of are the one at the Eaton Center and the one at BCE place. Personally I've never had an issue with them and used to think very highly of them until two day ago when I found an olive pit in their pizza that cracked a tooth two days later still getting the runaround from Corporate office. They lack customer service and know nothing about accountability.

Please save yourself the arguments, time, and money and stay away. I wish I had seen these reviews before I went... The chef/owner .. whatever his name is.. is the worst excuse for a businessman. He is SO rude and the reviews below are correct. He needs anger management. He doesn't understand the principle that the customer always comes first. We sat down for a nice quiet meal. After looking at the menu and asking a few questions about certain meals, he suddenly became very rude and disrespectful saying "if you want to eat in expensive area you have to pay more money" Please trust the reviews here and save yourself the trouble. Oh and Price Range: Moderate - $10-$20 .... NOT true. Don't be fooled

As regular customer of Omonia we have unfortunately experienced gradual deteoration over the last year. Today's dinner however will be our last and we will not return here. The service was questionable, understaffed, it took us 2 hours after ordering to receive out entre. This can all be overlooked as a staffing challenge and we were willing to overlook this. They also ran out of potatoes during service and apparently that was the hold up. When we said fries would do instead they brought us potatoes anyways. They were undercooked and not edible and to make it worse on one of our orders the potatoes were rotten!!! This is inexcusable. Service is one thing but to put your customer's health in jeapordy is terrible. When we made management aware at the end of the night there was no apology or responsibility taken. We were a party of 10 and for most it had been their first time at Omonia and their last.

Hi, All I have to say is that this is one of the best Middle Eastern restaurants in the GTA. The staff are very friendly, the food is awesome and love the settings. Check them out of Friday and Saturday nights. Friday they have a DJ playing Arabic, Persian, Latin and English music. Saturday's I think they have a live band, belly dancer and an Arabic singer. Pay them a visit. You will not be disappointed :)

I went there for the first time for my boyfriend's birthday with his family and had the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! During our dinner, the waiter spilled someone else's olive oil with vinegar on my new shoes! Needless to say olive oil did not come off and these shoes are garbage now. However, that was not all. At the end as he was taking our plates, he spilled olive oil AGAIN on me, some of it landed on my dress, some of it on my head! What kind of a waiter takes plates over his customer's heads?! He was supposed to take them from the side of the table! They compensated the price of my shoes which i feel is not enough. I was morally hurt and my whole day was ruined. The least they could do is pay for our dinner. Which they didn't. The waiter said "sorry" but did not seem to be sorry at all. The food was way overpriced and there was nothing special about it. This place has TERRIBLE SERVICE, their staff is UNPROFESSIONAL. DON'T GO THERE unless you want to get spilled on and pay ridiculous money for mediocre food.

The food here last night was amazing.. it's nice that they're open late too. I had the lobster tail with vegetables and it was cooked perfectly... not too buttery and just enough flavour. Our server was awesome too - very knowledgeable. I'll be back for sure!

We love indian food but this was too spicy. We had an order delivered to our house and requested that the meals be made mild. They were so spicy hot we couldn't eat them.

loved it!!! PEOPLE SHOULD COME !!!!! I believe that the food is too cheap and the owner should bump up the prices because her food is amazing! and i am willing to pay for this food at any price!!!

Waiters were unfriendly and very very unprofessional. The washroom was very disgusting, dirty and smelled so bad. We ordered 2 adult all-you-can-eat ($15.99+HST/adult) which included both kitchen and sushi bar menu offers. Along with other stuff we ordered 2 unagi rolls, 1 salmon skin roll but we got 2 salmon skin and 1 unagi roll. Rice on rolls were too much. Maki's, honestly, did not taste good. Raw fish was pretty fresh though. They put too much MSG in their food so we were thirsty for the rest of the day. We left more than 15% tip on the table but the waiters did not say thank you and did not say bye. I definitely would not go there any more for they have poor quality of food and poor quality of service.

This is the best ice cream/ frozen ygourt place ever! I always get a different yogourt each time because there is a HUGE amount of variety!! Just beware of the spiders...

My Wife and I went for dinner, and nothing about the experience made me displeased. The food was very tasteful and you could tell how fresh the ingredients were. The salad bar had a range of appetizers from fresh octopus salad to sauteed shrimps and fresh tomato and boccancini salad! The meat was the best part. Every cut was perfection. The staff was attentive and the decor of the place is romantic and crisp. I would most certainly recommend this place especially if you want to experience an authentic brazilian steakhouse. I have been to many around the world, and as far as quality goes Rodeo would be in my top 3. Simply amazing.

Wow - if you're looking for asian food in Toronto then this is the place to go. They have a such a great variety of food and everything tastes great... especially the spring rolls and sweet and sour chicken. The servers are especially friendly here - they seem to be quick on clearing the empty plates and refilling our waters quite often.

We tried this restaurant with some reservations due to the previous reviews. My husband really wanted to go to a Brazilian restaurant so we tried it. We were surprised by the amazing service and good food. The salad bar is not like your regular buffet type food - the quality is very good. The variety of meats was great so everyone from our party of 5 found something they really liked (even my 2.5 year old daughter). The Live entertainment started at 8pm and was a lot of fun. I wish we could stay for the show at 9:30. We will definitely go again. I would say it's not cheap but definitely worth the money.

I like how one can be a bit more casual coming to Ciao but still experience the trendy-ness and upscale atmosphere so appropriate for the Yorkville area. I am quite the fan of their wine bar and have liked dining here - always reliable when I don't know where else to go for lunch or dinner.

I admire classic looking architecture and themes and thought that Rosewater is quite well done in that aspect. Speaking of which, my meal was quite the treat as well; very delicious. My husband and I sat back for a while and enjoyed a coffee at the end - very nice atmosphere with the hustle bustle expected at a place like this. Very enjoyable.
