We had a company lunch here yesterday.
Food:
- Buns (cold. Not room temperature cold but outside cold. It's December)
- Caesar Salad (too much dressing and croutons were soggy)
- Main Dish (Prime Rib didn't taste like Beef. Looked like it'd been cooked over and over again because the texture was very similar to stew beef. And the chicken breasts were obviously warmed up from frozen because they were all like hockey pucks)
- Ice cream (no comments. I didn't bother eating it)
Service:
The young man seems ok. He forgot a few things here and there but at least he has a smile on his face. The old lady seems to be at a retirement age and perhaps that's why she was upset for having to work. I asked her to refill water for the plastic water jug on our table. Her response: OK, BUT I HAVE TO SERVE NOW. Hello....? You're a SERVER!! Also, when we asked her if the buns were warm, she said "they're fresh" which was a lie because all the buns were dry and cold.
And other than the dirty glasses on top of what had been mentioned above, everything else was fine. So go ahead and book it if you like bad food and bad customer service. Highly recommended.
